how to report a bug in the basis library

Hi there,
I suspect I found (and corrected for myself) a bug in the basis library (basen), present in certain versions of turbomole (6.3, 6.4; not in 5.9, 6.5). To whom it can be reported?

Hi Mariusz,

did you report it to the Turbomole support? If not, please just do it!

is "turbomole@cosmologic.de" the correct address for reporting bugs?
