Unit of the elektron density in gOpenMol?
« on: September 24, 2008, 11:01:30 AM »
I plot an isodensity surface from an .plt file in gOpenMol, and am not sure, what's the unit of the cut-off value I give there.

I think it should be charge per space, something in the line of [C/m^3]. Does anyone know, if it's in atomic unit? This would be a value of one there meaning 6,755 e^-/Angstrom^3 ( = charge of an elektron per sqare Angstrom). Does anyone know, if that is the case?

best wishes!
