Saving after superimposing molecules with Molden.

I can superimpose to molecules using Molden, and I can then see the molecules in two different colors. When I save the file and open it, I can no longer see the molecules shown in two different colors. Is there a way of saving it with the colors?

that sounds like a Molden question, not a Turbomole one?
