Title: External electrostatic field

Dear all,

I would like to calculate excited states with ricc2 in external electrostatic field. In Turbomole 7.3 Manual it was written:

"Caution: don’t use the RI approximation for all these calculations since this will lead to non-negligible errors!!"

However, can I use external field in ricc2 calculation?
