TmoleX 4.0.1 overwrites manual edit to control file

Hi,
I'm trying to add "$scfinstab triplet" to my control file that was prepared using TmoleX 4.0.1, but the control file that is copied to the working directory when I launch my job from TmoleX does not contain the edits.  I have tried editing the file using: Edit > Edit Control File.  Also, using the View Job Directory (after right-clicking on the job name), and editing it from there, and I have tried direct command-line editing with vi.  In each case, whether I save the job in TmoleX or not after the edit, the control file does not contain my edits.
