Allow file upload

Hi,
I tried to attach some output files, but I´m not allowed to write into the upload directory. Could you change the permissions ? It would be better if one could directly upload some output files in case of errors.

The problem with this is that if we allow file uploads we would need to make somehow sure that people don't misuse the TURBOMOLE forum to distribute porno pictures or some other shit.
